Shipping Policy

Drexel Scuba and Swimwear currently ships within the United States only.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship apparel, swimwear, accessories, and other in-stock merchandise are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated carrier delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Processing and delivery times may be affected by holidays, peak shipping periods, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Custom Wetsuits

Our custom wetsuits are individually handcrafted according to the measurements, specifications, colors, and design selections approved for your order.

Please allow an estimated 6–8 weeks for production before shipment. The 6–8 week production timeframe is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed completion or delivery date. Because every custom wetsuit is individually produced, actual production time may extend beyond 8 weeks due to material availability, production requirements, design complexity, necessary fit or construction adjustments, quality-control review, or other circumstances affecting custom manufacturing.

Production time begins only after all required measurements, specifications, design details, and approvals have been finalized.

Once your custom wetsuit has completed production and passed final quality review, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information.

Travel & Event Disclaimer

Important Notice Regarding Production and Event Timelines

Due to the highly specialized and custom nature of our made-to-order wetsuits, all production and shipping timelines provided by Drexel Scuba and Swimwear are estimates only and are not guaranteed completion or delivery dates.

Unexpected delays may occur due to material availability, production requirements, tailoring or fit adjustments, quality-control review, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend that customers do not schedule travel, flights, dive trips, photo shoots, competitions, or other fixed-date events based on an estimated production or delivery timeframe.

Drexel Scuba and Swimwear is not responsible for travel costs, event expenses, missed trips, missed events, or other financial losses resulting from a custom order not being completed or delivered by an estimated date.

Production or shipping delays related to a customer's personal travel or event schedule do not, by themselves, qualify an order for cancellation, refund, financial compensation, or complimentary expedited shipping.

If you require a garment by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to determine whether your requested timeframe may be feasible. Any discussion regarding feasibility or estimated timing does not constitute a guaranteed completion or delivery date unless expressly agreed to in writing by Drexel Scuba and Swimwear.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be confident in the quality and fit of your purchase. Return eligibility varies depending on whether an item is ready-to-ship or custom-made.

Ready-to-Ship Apparel & Swimwear

We accept eligible returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• All original tags must remain attached.
• Swimwear must have all hygienic liners intact.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original condition.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or use are not eligible for return.

Items designated Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom Wetsuits

Because custom wetsuits are manufactured specifically for the customer using individualized measurements, specifications, colors, and design selections, custom wetsuit sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, preference, or sizing information provided by the customer.

Our Fit Commitment

We take the fit of our custom wetsuits seriously.

If you believe there is a fit, construction, or manufacturing issue with your custom wetsuit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the concern and determine the appropriate solution.

Fit concerns involving manufacturing, construction, or production that do not conform to the approved measurements or specifications will be evaluated and addressed accordingly.

Depending on the nature of the issue, an appropriate solution may include an adjustment, repair, replacement, or other corrective action.

Custom products should not be altered, repaired, or modified by a third party before contacting Drexel Scuba and Swimwear, as doing so may affect our ability to evaluate or correct the issue.

Refund Policy

Return Review

Once an eligible return is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the requirements of this policy.

We will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your return and refund.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After a refund has been processed by Drexel Scuba and Swimwear, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

Manufacturing Defects

If an item arrives with a verified manufacturing or material defect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

Depending on the nature of the defect, we may provide an adjustment, repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when a return results from an error by Drexel Scuba and Swimwear or a verified manufacturing defect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise authorized by Drexel Scuba and Swimwear.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
