Shipping Policy

We bridge the gap between high-performance engineering and global delivery.

  • Ready-to-Ship (Resort & Shore): Orders for graphic tees and stock resort wear are
    processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
  • Custom Wetsuit Production: Every Yamamoto #38 suit is handcrafted to your exact specifications. Please allow 6–8 weeks for production before your suit is shipped.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Duties & Taxes: For international orders, please be aware that the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, we have specific requirements for
returns:

  • Resort & Shore Collection: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed swimwear
    and apparel within 14 days of delivery. All original tags and hygienic liners must be
    intact.
  • Custom Wetsuits: Because these are built-to-order with your specific logo and measurements, all sales are final on custom neoprene. We do not offer returns for change of mind.
  • The "Fit" Commitment: We want your suit to be your second skin. If there is a fit issue with your custom order, please contact our studio within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a solution.

Refund Policy

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the
    approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Defects: If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., seam failure or material flaw), we will provide a full refund or a priority replacement at no cost to you.
  • Exclusions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
