Custom Order Agreement

The Collaboration: By placing an order for a custom wetsuit or semi-dry suit, the
customer agrees to provide accurate measurements and to participate in the
collaboration process.
Timeline: While our standard production time is 6–8 weeks, this is an estimate. Delays in communication or measurement submission will extend this window.
Final Sale: Because these are bespoke items, once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Intellectual Property (Your Designs)

All content, photography, and custom suit designs are the property of Drexel Scuba
and Swimwear LLC.
Logo Use: For custom orders, the customer represents that they own the rights to
any logos they ask you to apply to their suit.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or
stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
Domestic Focus: Currently, we only fulfill and ship orders within the United States.

Limitations of Liability (The "Diver" Clause)

Diving is an inherently risky activity. While our gear is built to the "Gold Standard,"
our studio is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur while using our products.
The user assumes all risk associated with the sport of diving.

Privacy & Communication

We respect your data. By starting a collaboration, you agree to receive personal
email updates regarding your build. We do not sell your information to third parties.
